A few times a season you pack your bags: a training camp day with two sessions brings your team together and is easier on their strength than a normal game day. When you go is a tactical decision, and the right one needs some thought.
Discover talents. Sign veterans.
On the transfer market you buy new players and let go of the ones you no longer need. In the auction house you bid for specialists like the motivation coach, the ice master or the training adviser. Keep an eye on the salaries: pros want to be paid.
Behind every win there's a team.
Assistant coach, team doctor, legal department, insurance and a spy who tells you what the opponent is lining up: with the right staff your club runs smoothly even when you're not online.
3rd period
Arena, fans, sponsors: you build an empire.

The WorldCup is the biggest trophy in the game: a knockout game at 8:15 pm every second game day, every round a final, and every win brings a bonus. You can see who's in at any time, live on the qualification page. No secrets here:
Three leaderboards. A place in history.
A list for every type of manager: the score hunters collect points from every game in league, playoffs and WorldCup, and in higher leagues every point counts more. The richest show the value of your club from account, shares, stock and squad; bankbook bucks don't count. The all-time greats collect across all seasons, with a Hall of Fame and a laurel wreath for the top 10.
Stronger together. Every night.
Found a clan with friends or join one. At 9:15 pm you play in your own clan leagues, plus the clan tournament and the big clan versus clan duel. Wins bring glory in the clan ranking, and with the clan treasury you build your clan house all the way up to the Hall of Fame.

At 10:15 pm there's still time for a duel: challenge a team of your choice or post an open challenge anyone can accept. A trial of strength that hardly costs your players any energy and shows you what your lines are made of.
